Rachel Leahey

Rachel Leahey is an Associate with FH+H. Ms. Leahey represents, advises, and counsels companies in government contracting matters.

Ms. Leahey is an honors graduate of Indiana University Maurer School of Law. Ms. Leahey began her legal career with a two-year appointment assisting an Administrative Law Judge through the U.S. Department of Justice Attorney General’s Honors Program. She subsequently held positions as a Staff Attorney with the U.S. Court of Federal Claims, Office of Special Masters, and a Judicial Law Clerk at the U.S. Court of Federal Claims.

Marzia Momen

Marzia Momen is an Associate with FH+H. Ms. Momen represents, advises, and counsels companies and individuals in a wide variety of matters including corporate transactions, regulatory compliance matters, and business transactions.

Ms. Momen has experience with contracts, settlement agreements, real estate, business formation, development, and acquisition, and complex litigation. 

Marlena F. Ewald, Esq.

Marlena F. Ewald is a Senior Associate with FH+H. Ms. Ewald represents, advises, and counsels companies and individuals in a wide variety of matters including government contracting, commercial contracting, sensitive government inquiries, internal investigations, corporate transactions, and employment matters.

Emily A. Spence

Emily Spence is an Associate at FH+H. Ms. Spence represents, advises, and counsels clients in a wide variety of matters including government contracting, corporate transactions, internal investigations, trust and estate, and employment matters.

Ms. Spence has also worked for the Department of Justice and at the Virginia Department of Transportation. Ms. Spence’s prior experience also includes being on several successful government contracting bid presentation teams and working with local small businesses to optimize business operations.
