Craig A. Guthery is a skilled and experienced general commercial litigator, having represented clients in diverse matters involving private and government contracts; business torts; fraud; employment; and regulatory issues. He has practiced before numerous federal and state courts, federal agencies, and domestic and international arbitration panels.
Mr. Guthery is a part of the firm’s Intellectual Property + Technology practice, counseling and representing clients in trademark prosecution, copyright registration, trade secret protection, licensing, infringement actions, and other related litigation. Mr. Guthery has well-recognized expertise in matters involving science, technology, and the Internet and has significant experience working with experts on highly complex matters in fields ranging from the operation of commercial Internet web sites to biopharmaceutical drug development.
Mr. Guthery received a J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center in 1998, cum laude. He was a member of the Georgetown Law Journal and served as Articles Editor in 1996-97. He earned a B.S. from the University of the State of New York, Regents College in 1993. Before joining FH+H, Mr. Guthery was Special Counsel in the Washington D.C. office of Cooley LLP.
