We provide robust legal services to middle market companies, particularly those in international business, defense, and national security.  We seek lawyers who understand business, have legal agility and acumen, and enjoy supporting and enabling the continued growth of our clients.  Our partners are enthusiastic about managing and growing their practices.

The ideal candidate should have significant experience in their chosen area of practice.

The candidate must have a proven ability to attract, manage, and grow client relationships, as demonstrated by portable business.

In addition to work experience, ideal candidate should be an active member of the Virginia or DC Bar.

We compensate partners based on origination of clients, management of matters, and personal billables, with up to 50% of revenue returned to individual partners through performance bonuses.
