Lidiya Kurin is a law clerk with FH+H. Ms. Kurin assists partners and associates in advising companies and individuals in a wide variety of matters including foreign investment, export compliance, international business transactions, foreign ownership, control and influence, reviews by the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States (“CFIUS”), and government contracting.
In addition to her law firm experience, Ms. Kurin has interned at the United States Court of Federal Claims, working on matters relating to tax policies and government contracts.
Originally from Ukraine, Ms. Kurin studied political science and public policy at the Macaulay Honors College in New York before attending The George Washington University Law School to concentrate on international trade law and government contracts.
