Bridget Byrne is a law clerk at FH+H. Ms. Byrne assists partners and associates in a wide variety of practice areas including corporate litigation, employment law, contracts, business dissolution claims, business conspiracies, trust and estates, breaches of fiduciary duties and fraud at both the trial and appellate levels.
Among other things, Ms. Byrne provides extensive support through complex legal research, drafting legal memoranda and other pleadings, and attending client meetings, depositions, status conferences, mediations, and trials.
Ms. Byrne attended the Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law, receiving her Juris Doctorate with a litigation concentration. Emily Spence is a law clerk at FH+H. Ms. Spence assists partners and associates in a wide variety of practice areas including government contracts, corporate transactions, trust and estate, and employment matters.
Ms. Spence has also worked for the Department of Justice and the Virginia Department of Transportation. Ms. Spence’s prior experience includes being on several successful government contracting bid presentation teams and working with local small businesses to optimize business operations.
Ms. Spence received her Juris Doctorate from Antonin Scalia Law School at George Mason University in 2018. While at Scalia Law, she was a member of the George Mason Law Review and served as Production Editor in 2017-18. Ms. Spence also served as a member of George Mason Moot Court Board, winning “Best Brief” at Howard University’s 2018 Bryant Moore Moot Court Competition. Ms. Spence also holds a Bachelor of Arts from George Mason University, where she graduated magna cum laude.
As FH+H's Paralegal Manager, Fadley Charles is responsible for the management and administration of the paralegal and support staff team. Ms. Charles is also responsible for capacity planning, determining office procedures, expediting workflow, and the continuous training and development of her team. Ms. Charles provides full litigation support in the areas of civil litigation, criminal law, family law, corporate and business law, contracts, civil rights, employment law, intellectual property, and real estate law.
Ms. Charles also has notable experience in multifaceted office management and has assisted with establishing legal practices in both Florida and Washington, D.C. Ms. Charles has consulted on numerous areas of practice management including human resources, practice management software, effective workflow structure, accounting, marketing, and maintaining compliance with ethics codes. In the practices that Ms. Charles has helped to establish and/or manage, all have reported more than double profits in the following year.
Tony D. Jones, Sr. is a paralegal who provides litigation support to the FH+H team of partners and associates. Mr. Jones assists with research, drafting, filing, and various aspects of litigation preparation in a variety of state courts, federal courts, and various administrative agencies.
Mr. Jones has provided support in the areas of civil litigation, criminal law, family law, corporate and business law, contracts, civil rights, employment law, intellectual property, and real estate law.
Having worked as a paralegal for 17 years, Mr. Jones has experience assisting lawyers in fields such as international trade, intellectual property litigation, export compliance, business license registration, and multi-family commercial real estate.

Connie Fluet is a Legal Nurse Consultant and brings extensive expertise in both Education and Nursing to FH+H and its clients. A registered nurse for over 16 years, Ms. Fluet specializes in critical care and emergency nursing and has maintained board certification in Emergency Nursing for over 13 years. Her experience in teaching nursing to students ranging from elementary school through college allows her to bridge the medical and legal worlds. She is is a tireless and effective advocate for FH+H clients in legal matters involving medical issues.
Ms. Fluet continues to work in Emergency nursing and brings that unique blend of calm-in-a-crisis, no nonsense practicality to case management for client matters as well as a compassion that comes from years of caring for those injured or ill.
Victoria "Tori" Moses is the firm's Marketing Manager. As such, she handles the firm's social media by creating and posting content, engaging with users, and managing the firm's brand, all while being mindful of the ethical rules associated with the practice of law. Ms. Moses also plans, sponsors, and attends events for the firm.
In charge of all physical and digital marketing materials, Ms. Moses produces a monthly newsletter that is distributed to thousands of firm contacts. She is also responsible for materials such as white papers, brochures, banners, and more.
Ms. Moses also functions as the Community Manager for Chisel, a coworking space that was launched by FH+H. In this position, Ms. Moses handles matters concerning business development, marketing and sales, community management, event planning, and more.

Michael L. DeBerry, Jr. is FH+H's Director of Information Technology. In this capacity, Mr. DeBerry work touches many aspects and departments with the firm at all levels. His experience in information technology began at Northern Virginia Community College where he functioned as an IT Administrative Assistance, and it reaches to Enterprise level IT roles while working with The Carlyle Group.
Mr. DeBerry's highlighted experiences include working as IT Administrator Consultant for The Carlyle Group, in which he was tasked with documenting and testing computer applications, compiling logs and generating reports, image deployment, Windows 10 Migration, determining issues with critical systems, drafting IT solutions for complex problems for management, and coordinating joint efforts with various teams and IT vendors. Michael "Mike" M. De Robbio is the firm’s Admin Support Specialist. In this capacity, Mr. De Robbio provides administrative support to paralegals, which includes document management and retention, and courier service. He also manages small cases ranging from warrants in debt to simple divorces, and he assists with filings. Mr. De Robbio has worked as an executive assistant for a variety of firms and individuals, from small firms to those on Wall Street, and from lawmakers to Presidential candidates.
Having worked on Capitol Hill with the powerful Oversight & Government Reform Committee, Mr. De Robbio was tasked with staffing high-profile hearings, from matters of domestic policy to national security, while also assisting the Chairman and his Staff.
